Open Arms Board member Dave Nelson kicked off the 1st Annual Davey Nelson Celebrity Golf Tournament on Monday June 22, 2009 at Blackwolf Run in Kohler, WI. Sponsored by the Milwaukee Brewers Community Foundation, the one-day tournament gave golfers an opportunity to play on a beautiful course with a group of current and former sports celebrities. Due to many hours of work by our dedicated volunteers and the generosity of many, the event was a resounding success!
The 3rd Annual Davey Nelson Celebrity Golf Tournament is already in the planning phases. Mark your calendars for Monday, July 25, 2011 for this year’s event.
